It's Here!!!!

After what feels like a lifetime, my book has finally arrived. It was an awesome feeling, to be holding nine years' worth of hope in my (much older) hands. It's gorgeous. Jazakillah Widad, Shirley and everyone else. Apparently there is someone out there who wants an autographed copy.

Does that mean that I am now famous??? Hmmm....

So, South Africans wanting a copy, make your way to Lazeeza's Bakery and Confectionary in Mackenzie Park. Did I hear you say, where's that? Have you never heard of Charlize? It beats ordering from Kalahari or Amazon. And the money you save on the book, you can spend on donuts. We make killer donuts.

popped by your blog. Jazakillah for the kind words about the bakery and my writing :) All you needed to do was ask. When the counter gets too full my book gets hidden from view. Someday soon, I hope to have a bookshelf brimming with all the wonderful titles from MWP ( my publisher). Something that is hard to miss. but knowing the size of the bakery, that will take some masterful engineering.

Safiyyah, where are you? My mails do not get replies anymore. I hope you're well. I do so miss you.

Kimya, I'll be waiting for you when you return from Natal. See you're very busy writing. Good for you!

Dear Debi, it's heartening to see that you still think of me. you seem to do that wil those of us who drop off the radar. hugs

Slms Saaleha, will certainly go by and ask for the book. Can I ask where did you get your book publihsed?

I write Islamic Poetry and would love to get my work published but I can't seem to find a publisher. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places? Please advise
